        德國Behlke開關

        、高壓開關特點：

        1、具有真正繼電器特性；

        2、TTL型號的通時間可控，過載和電壓反轉可靠；

        3、振蕩電路和RF應用的理想選擇；

        4、基于可控硅技術的產品；

        5、開關內部將多個可控硅串聯或并聯起來，組成SCR開關；

        6、SCR開關在觸發前，會處于截止的狀態；通過低壓觸發信號觸發后，會直保持通的狀態，直到電流低于截止電流后，開關自動回到截止的狀態，等待下次的觸發；

        7、SCR高壓脈沖開關特別適合大電流、高電壓、切換速度要求不高的場合。

        二、主要應用：

        需要產生高電壓快速脈沖的場合，例如：快速脈沖群發生器，泡克耳斯盒驅動器，雷達調節器等。它擁有納秒的的上升沿時間，能輸出較大脈沖電流。它與傳統的真空電子管相比，有速率高，輸出阻抗低，壽命長，驅動簡單，功耗小等特點。

        三、注意事項：

        1、連接及操作：應用時應注意電源電壓不能高于5.5V以及性不能接反，否則會有損壞電子開關的危險。為避免開機時產生過大的浪涌電流和保護開關應該制電源電流在1A以下，或使用1A的供電電源供電；

        2、在中間位置的三個引腳，它們在內部連接到起為開關的高壓負。另三個排的引腳也是在內部連接到起為開關的高壓正。應用時應注意將它們分別連接到起。
